This year we are heading into the magnificent surrounds of Glen Innes to the historic Waterloo Station - a 4000 acre property boasting unique luxury accommodation. You will be able to choose from a beautiful range of boutique rooms and your tastebuds will be indulged by the creativity of our personal Chef - Laura Swan.

There will be 5 yoga classes to be part of, as well as time for exploring the picturesque landscape, read a book and the option to book a massage.
All yoga classes are suitable for everyBODY and perfect for beginners.
So bring a friend or come on your own, pack your walking shoes, a book and your active wear and you are ready to go.

SATURDAY
7.15am - Gentle Awakening Yoga
8.30am - Breakfast at Shearers Lodge
10.00am - Hatha Yoga
12.30pm - Lunch
FREE TIME to enjoy a walk, read a book, sleep, chat or have a pre-booked massage
4pm - Hatha/Yin Yoga
6.30pm - Dinner at Shearers Lodge
SUNDAY
7.15am - Gentle Awakening Yoga Class
8.30am - Breakfast at Shearers Lodge
10.00am - Hatha Yoga
12.30pm - Lunch
2.30pm - Walking Meditation and Closing Circle
3.00pm - Depart for home

Waterloo Station is situated just 18km west of Glen Innes and is an operating 4000 acres farm run by Deborah and Don Anderson. Waterloo Station is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the pristine surrounds of this historical property. The grand Waterloo homestead (circa 1908) and picturesque gardens provides an unforgettable insight into times past. The century old English elm trees watch over the beautifully manicured gardens and showcase the very best of the New England.

** Cancellations within 30 days will incur 50% fee loss if booking not resold. This amount can be transferred to another retreat if the booking is onsold
** Cancellations within 14 days will incur 100% fee loss if booking not resold. This amount can be transferred to another retreat if the booking is onsold.
** If retreat is cancelled due to COVID19 restrictions, the retreat will be postponed to a later date and a refund will be offered. You will also be given first option to rebook for the alternative date.
** Please note that you attend this retreat at your own risk in the knowledge that you will manage your yoga classes based around your individual health needs. There are risks associated with bushwalks, wildllife and attending a retreat situated on a working farm.

Yoga Teacher
Kaz has been sharing her love of yoga through classes and retreats since 2002 and is passionate about yoga fitting the person not the other way around. You can expect your yoga classes to be in a relaxed environment, focusing on strengthening and nourishing you from the inside out. You will not find yourself standing on your head or twisting yourself into a pretzel but you will experience a deep sense of enquiry and understanding of your body as your yoga practice meets you wherever you find yourself in the moment.
