It's time to connect your love of yoga to your passion for amazing food with this 3 night retreat to the wine and food lovers paradise of Mudgee. We'll enjoy beautiful accommodation just minutes from shops and cafes,
an incredible 6 course degustation lunch at Zin House, a 6 course degustation dinner at Pipeclay Pumphouse,
time for shopping, exploring and yoga classes with Kaz.
What you can expect
DRAFT PROGRAM
FRIDAY
Check-in only after 4pm please
5.30pm - welcome drinks, followed by dinner and welcome circle
SATURDAY
7.30am - Yoga in the park (weather dependant)
9am - Breakfast
Day Free for shopping, exploring - lunch at your expense
2 - 4pm - Hatha + Yin Yoga Class in local studio
6.30pm - Depart for dinner at Pipeclay Pumphouse
SUNDAY
7.00am - Early lite breakfast in one of the local cafes
9.00am - 10.30am Hatha Flow Yoga Class in local studio
12.15pm - Depart for lunch at Zin House
Relaxing evening - with moving meditation and closing circle

Mia Mia is a beautiful 5 bedroom home in the heart of Mudgee, with outdoor pool and
beautiful cottage gardens just minutes from shops and cafes. Soft, comfy living spaces to
relax in our large kitchen and outdoor living area.
- SINGLE room $1600pp
- TWIN share $1500pp
- Non-refundable deposit of $300 due
upon booking. Balance due March 15, 2024
Your retreat package includes:
- 3 x nights in twin or single room accommodation with shared bathrooms
- 3 x dinners including 6 course degustation dinner at Pipeclay Pumphouse on Saturday evening
(matching wines at your cost)
- 2 x lunches including 6 course degustation lunch at Zin House on Sunday
(matching wines at your own cost)
- 2 x breakfasts
- transport to and from our chosen restaurants Zin House and Pipeclay Pumphouse
- all yoga classes with Kaz including a 2 hour dive into Hatha and Yin on Sunday morning

** Cancellations within 30 days will incur 50% fee loss if booking not resold. This amount can be transferred to another retreat if the booking is on-sold
** Cancellations within 14 days will incur 100% fee loss if booking not resold. This amount can be transferred to another retreat if the booking is on-sold.
** If retreat is cancelled by the venue or Selah Yoga, the retreat will be postponed to a later date and a refund will be offered. You will also be given first option to rebook for the alternative date.

Yoga Teacher
Kaz has been sharing her love of yoga through classes and retreats since 2002 and is passionate about yoga fitting the person not the other way around. You can expect your yoga classes to be in a relaxed environment, focusing on strengthening and nourishing you from the inside out. You will not find yourself standing on your head or twisting yourself into a pretzel but you will experience a deep sense of enquiry and understanding of your body as your yoga practice meets you wherever you find yourself in the moment.

Mudgee sits just under 3 1/2 hour drive from both Sydney and Tamworth and is a renowned destination for food and wine lovers alike. With a bustling township, award winning wineries and restaurants - Mudgee is a "foodies'" delight and on this retreat we are adding in our own yoga flair.
