"THE NATURE OF HER"
Celebrating International Day of Rural Women
Saturday October 11, 2025
12.30 - 4.30pm
Tangaratta Vineyard, Tamworth
I’d love to invite you to join me and other like-minded souls for a heart-filling afternoon of yoga, relaxation, and connection as we honour International Day of Rural Women - a United Nations observance that shines a light on the vital contributions of rural women to our communities, environment, and shared future.
This year’s theme, “Rural Women Sustaining Nature for Our Collective Future”, recognises the role women play in building climate resilience, caring for the land, conserving biodiversity, and leading with quiet strength.
Held in the beautiful surrounds of Tangaratta Vineyards, just 20 minutes from Tamworth - this special gathering invites you to pause, breathe, and celebrate your place within the fabric of rural and regional life. Through gentle yoga, grounding practices, and shared space - all supported by the live music and sultry tones of Carly Robinson - we will honour the wisdom, care, and resilience that rural women carry.
Whether you live on the land, support your community in quieter ways, or simply wish to stand in solidarity, you are warmly welcome. I look forward to sharing this experience with you.
Warmly,
Kaz
