About the Event
This gorgeous afternoon will begin with a beautiful gentle flow yoga class with Kaz, which will transition into a heart-centred yin practice and have you melting into a guided relaxation. All crafted to strengthen the body, calm the mind and nourish the soul - and perfect for beginners or long term yogis.
We'll complete our time together with a delicious afternoon tea giving time to absorb the beauty of the beautiful landscape around us and connect with each other.
