Nourish ME Uralla 2022

After the popularity of last years Nourish ME Retreat we are heading back to explore Uralla in the winter.   

Your day will begin with a gentle yoga class with Kaz at the Uralla Pilates/Physio studio.

Then it's up to you.  You might like to join Kaz at Valinor Sound Sanctuary for a blissful 1 hour Sound Bath and then return for some shopping, or you might prefer to spend your morning wandering through the beautiful shops.  Finally, we will all meet for our Long Lunch at The Church savouring the culinary delights of Chef Laura from Swan Fine Foods.

What is a Sound Bath you might ask?

In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, such as gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes.  At Valinor you will simply lay down cosy and warm and soak up the pure surround sounds.
