About the Event
The super popular Nourish ME Retreat is now in it's 6 year and this time we are heading out to explore our beautiful region.
I invite you to take a day out of your lives to explore one of the exquisite villages in our region. Your day will begin with a gentle yoga class at 9.00am when we meet at The Flow Shed in Uralla.
There is then time to wander, grab a coffee and discover some of the beautiful shops before we head a little further up the main street to The Church to enjoy the culinary delights of Laura from Swan Fine Foods who will be preparing an amazing lunch for us to enjoy using fresh locally sourced ingredients and tasting local wines.
The day will finish with a beautiful guided relaxation back at The Flow Shed before heading homeward at approximately 4pm with your beautiful gift bag of handcrafted soaps and skin-care locally inspired and created by Wilde & Wyse.
