"Little Bit of Luxe " Meditation 101 & Yoga Retreat

Let’s go back to basics with meditation. During this relaxing weekend we’re going to keep it simple and break it down enabling you to go away with strategies and techniques that you can use in your daily life. Meditation that doesn’t require you to sit cross legged on a silent mountain top. We are returning to the beautiful surrounds of Glen Innes in the historic Waterloo Station - a 4000 acre property boasting unique luxury accommodation. You will be able to choose from a beautiful range of boutique rooms and your tastebuds will be indulged by the creativity of our personal Chef - Laura Swan. Enjoy 5 yoga classes, including discussions around meditation/mindfulness, as well as time for exploring the picturesque landscape, read a book or take a swim in the riverscape. All yoga classes are suitable for everyBODY and perfect for beginners. So bring a friend or come on your own, pack your walking shoes, your swimmers, a book and your active wear and you are ready to go. Twin share and single options from $995 - $1250 inclusive of all meals, accommodation and classes.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS INCLUDE : -

Waterloo Country Guesthouse - this beautiful homestead is of grand proportions offering large areas to relax with plenty of space to unwind.  The homestead offers facilities including a formal lounge room - Library  - Dining room - Fireplaces - Large verandah areas for relaxation - Historic garden - Tennis court.  

- The Guesthouse consists of 2 king rooms with ensuites, 1 queen room with ensuite, 2 queen rooms with shared bathroom and 1 twin room with shared bathroom.  It is situated just a 5 minute drive from The Sherearer's Lodgings where our meals and yoga classes will take place.  So if you choose "shared bathroom" you'll only be sharing with 2 other ladies.

The Shearer’s Lodgings - offers unique accommodation with the perfect combination of classic country comforts.    We will enjoy exclusive use of the lodge with all amenities and facilities, making this the perfect place to unwind and experience a wonderful rural environment and historical working property.  The building is now fully restored with beautiful touches of luxury!  It includes a beautiful lodge room with an amazing stone fireplace and comfortable lounge seating. From the front verandah, you'll enjoy the view of the quaint Matheson Uniting Church and the scenery looking down the Matheson Valley with the Waterloo Range in the background.  You will instantly feel relaxed as you settle into the peaceful country surroundings.  - The Lodge consists of 7 individual rooms all with ensuites.   All meals and yoga classes will be held here.  If weather permits we may head to some other locations on the property.
