Situated approximately 1 1/2 hours from the capital - Denpasar, Ubud is a special place to visit not because of so many tourist attractions but because its culture and style are larger than life. Famous for handicrafts, lush green tropical jungles, sacred monkey forests, terraced rice fields and Hindu temples and shrines, a Ubud holiday shows you the most authentic part of Bali in the best way possible. With smiles to greet you in every direction, yoga studios in all sorts of amazing places, and the freshest of foods prepared with so much love you'll be bursting with connection and love, you'll return home with a new found feeling of gratefulness that will fill you with joy.

Kaz has been sharing her love of yoga through classes and retreats since 2002 and is passionate about yoga fitting the person not the other way around. With amazing adventures to Bali, Fiji, Mission Beach, Daylesford, Norfolk Island, Uki and the Blue Mountains, you can expect this week away to be a life renewing experience as you delve a little deeper into stillness as you give yourself this beautiful gift of time. You can expect your yoga classes to be in a relaxed environment, focusing on strengthening and nourishing you from the inside out. You will not find yourself standing on your head or twisting yourself into a pretzel but you will experience a deep sense of enquiry and understanding of your body as your yoga practice meets you wherever you find yourself in the moment.
